1. Service Agreement

The specific deliverables, objectives, and timelines for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement. We aim for excellence, but service delivery is subject to the accurate and timely provision of information by the client.
2. Payment and Billing
Fees for our services are disclosed during the consultation phase. Clients agree to adhere to the payment schedule established at the start of the project (e.g., initial deposits, monthly retainers, or milestone payments). Work will commence or continue only when payments are up to date. Failure to process payments on time may lead to a temporary suspension of services.
3. Client Cooperation
The success of any digital project requires a partnership. You agree to provide necessary access (such as website CMS or analytics accounts), brand assets, and timely feedback. Prime SEO Delhi is not responsible for project delays caused by a lack of access or delayed approvals from the client’s side.
4. Scope and Revisions
Our services are limited to the items specifically listed in your project agreement. Any requests for additional work outside the initial scope will be treated as a separate request and may be subject to additional billing. We include a standard number of revisions for all creative and strategic assets as defined in the project kickoff.
5. Termination and Refunds
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms of the specific contract. Because our services involve significant labor and non-recoverable resources from the outset, refunds are generally not provided for work already performed. In the event of early cancellation, the client is responsible for payment for all completed milestones.
6. Ownership of Deliverables
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the rights to the specific reports, content, and strategy documents created for your project will be transferred to you. Prime SEO Delhi retains the right to use the results and general project details as part of our professional portfolio and case studies, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is specifically requested and signed.
7. Performance Disclaimer
Digital landscapes are constantly shifting. While we use industry-standard practices to improve your online presence, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or instant results due to the proprietary and changing nature of search engine algorithms. We are not liable for any sudden changes in third-party platform policies or algorithm updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prime SEO Delhi shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. External Services
We may recommend or utilize third-party tools, plugins, or platforms (such as hosting providers or software). We do not own or control these entities and are not responsible for their performance, downtime, or security breaches.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
